Due Dilligence
Due Diligence of the target company is a service our company can provide. This service is generally demanded by serious investors. This service involves a comprehensive investigation of activities, such as: company reports, the financial condition and market position of the company etc. Business owners may wish to engage an independent consultant to evaluate the business. EAIM can provide this consultancy.
The main goal of our company is to help our clients to avoid or minimize existing business risks (economic, legal, tax, marketing, etc.) and to determine the fair price of the asset.
Any qualitative analysis of any company assumes operational Due Diligence, legal Due Diligence and financial Due Diligence, including investigation of accounting/financial documentations, taxation, planning and budgeting; management documents and internal controls for the main flow of business transactions, including decree or the power of attorney to perform certain actions; annual reports of the company for significant changes in some positions, as well as the company's investment programs and implementation of these projects.
